Return & Refund

To be eligible for a full refund, the product must meet the following return criteria：

1. The product was purchased from the official COSLUS website.

2. The product should have been delivered within the past 30 days. Items delivered over 30 days ago are ineligible for a refund.

3. The product must remain unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.

4. Customers need to furnish proof of purchase, either the order number or the order confirmation email.

5. Customers covers all return shipping expenses.

6. Customers provides us with the new return tracking number with us to facilitate the verification of the return with our warehouse.
